Delivery, Cancellation and Refund

Delivery
The service is delivered digitally: first a preview link, then launch on your domain after approval. Nothing is shipped. The delivery time is stated in the quote and starts when the content is received.
Cancellation
If you cancel before the design preview is presented, the upfront payment is refunded minus the analysis and planning work done. If you cancel during the build after approving the design, completed stages are charged and any remaining upfront payment is refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of the written cancellation request, by the original payment method. No refund is made for launched and accepted sites; the 30-day free fix period still applies.
Monthly care
Monthly care has no commitment; cancel with written notice at least 7 days before the period ends. The current period is not refunded; the site and all accounts stay with you.
