Before we start
I'm not good with computers. Is that a problem?
No. Describe your business, send a few photos and contact details; we do the rest.
I have Instagram. Do I need a website?
Instagram reaches people who follow you; a website reaches new customers searching on Google. They complement each other.
How long does it take?
One page 1–2 weeks, a 5-page site 2–3 weeks.
Is the first call paid?
Free. A 30-minute phone or video call, followed by a written price.

Price and payment
How much does a website cost?
A written price arrives within 48 hours after a short call; it does not change afterwards.
How do I pay?
40% at the start, 40% when you approve the first version, 20% at launch. Invoiced.
Will I pay every year?
Not to us. The domain is a small yearly fee paid in your name. Care is optional.
Any extra charges later?
Not for the quoted work. New requests are priced first.

Site and ownership
Who owns the domain and site?
You do. All accounts are opened in your name and passwords handed to you.
Will I show up on Google?
Titles, descriptions and Google registration come standard. For "near me" searches there is the Get Found on Google service; nobody can guarantee the first spot.
Will it look right on phones?
Yes. The site is designed for phones first; you see the first version on your own phone.
Can we add a booking or quote form?
Yes. Forms that land on WhatsApp, a map, a gallery and opening hours can all be added.

After launch
Can I make changes?
Yes. We give you a short training; or we do it with monthly care.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Us, at the same number. 30 days of free fixes after launch are included.
Someone else built my site. Will you take it over?
Yes. We look at it first and tell you plainly whether it needs a redesign or care.
