Subject of the service
Design, build and launch of a website according to the package you choose, plus optional monthly care. Scope, page count and delivery time are stated in the written quote sent within 48 hours and in the scope document.
Price and payment
The price is stated in the written quote including VAT. Payment follows the plan in the quote (usually 50% upfront, 50% before launch) by bank transfer or another method named in the quote. Domain and hosting fees are paid in your name and from your own accounts unless stated otherwise.
Delivery time
Delivery time is the period stated in the quote (1–4 weeks depending on the package) and starts when you send the required texts and images. Delays on your side extend it.
Right of withdrawal
Because the service is custom and its performance begins with your approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the part already performed (Law 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15). If you cancel before approving the design, only the work done is charged; details are on the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund page.
