Distance Sales Agreement

Parties
Provider: Data controller: Artun Düzay (ArtFighters), Istanbul, Türkiye. Contact: info@websiteniyapalim.com, +90 555 991 86 33. Client: the natural or legal person who accepts the written quote.
Subject
This agreement governs the website design, build and launch service formed when you approve the written quote. The quote and scope document are an integral part of it.
Price and payment
The fee is stated in the quote. Payments follow the plan in the quote; the next stage does not start before payment. Requests outside the scope are priced separately and added with written approval.
Client obligations
You provide the texts, logo and images in time and with the right to use them; you are responsible for the legality of the content. Feedback is given within a reasonable time.
Delivery and acceptance
The site goes live on your domain after you approve the preview. Minor fixes reported within 30 days of launch are free. Without a written objection in that period the service is deemed accepted.
Intellectual property
Once the full fee is paid the design and code belong to you; domain and hosting accounts are in your name. The provider may show the site as a reference unless you object in writing.
Withdrawal and termination
Withdrawal and cancellation terms are explained on the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund page. Either party may terminate if the other fails to perform within 15 days of a written notice.
Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for consumer transactions; the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul for commercial ones.
