Data processed
Name, company, email, phone and message content you share in the contact and quote forms; submission date and technical logs (IP address, browser). No session-tracking cookies are used; if an analytics tool is added it runs only with your consent and this notice is updated.
Purpose and legal basis
Evaluating your request, replying and preparing a quote (pre-contractual necessity and legitimate interest). Your explicit consent is additionally collected with the form checkbox.
Transfers
Form data is processed on the hosting infrastructure of Netlify, Inc. (USA) and forwarded to me by email. Transfer abroad is based on your explicit consent. Data is never sold or shared for marketing.
Retention
Quote and contact records are kept for at most 2 years after the request is closed; if a contract is signed, for the statutory retention periods. They are then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to info@artfighters.com.tr; they are answered within 30 days.
