Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to every page under the websiteniyapalim.com domain. Anyone who visits the site, uses its forms or makes use of its content is deemed to have read and accepted them. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

Purpose of the site

The site presents website design, build, redesign, get-found-on-Google and monthly care services for small businesses, together with packages, the process, work samples and blog posts. There is no membership, online payment or cart system. Purchasing a service starts with a written quote, requested through the quote form or by direct contact.

Nature of pricing and timeline information

Price bands, delivery times and scope lists on the packages page are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Binding price, scope and timeline appear only in the written quote and scope document sent to you. Prices may be updated without notice; an update does not affect quotes already given in writing.

When a service is purchased, the relationship is governed by the Pre-Contract Information, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund pages.

Forms and contact

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share in the quote and contact forms. The forms are only for service requests and questions; sending advertising, bulk messages or unlawful content is prohibited. How form data is processed is explained in the Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.

Work samples, previews and demo sites

Real client projects on the work page are published with the clients' permission; their brands and content belong to their owners. Some previews are fictional demo sites built to show what the service looks like; the business names, people and contact details in these demos are not real and do not represent any actual business. Demo sites are for presentation only; no orders, bookings or payments can be made through them.

Intellectual property

The site design, code, texts, images, logo and demo sites belong to Artun Düzay and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission. Short excerpts from blog posts may be quoted with a link to websiteniyapalim.com as the source.

Design and code rights of sites built for clients pass to the client once the full price is paid, as set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.

Prohibited use

Attempts to disrupt the operation of the site, bypass its security measures, scrape its content in bulk with automated tools or misuse its forms are prohibited. Search engines and AI search crawlers may crawl the site within the rules set in the robots.txt file.

Third-party links

The site may link to client websites, services such as Google and YouTube, and sources cited in blog posts. The content, privacy practices and availability of those sites are their own responsibility; Web Siteni Yapalım is not liable for them.

Limitation of liability

Information on the site is prepared with care and updated regularly, but it is not guaranteed to be complete, error-free or suitable for every situation. Blog posts provide general information and are not legal or financial advice. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed; to the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect losses arising from maintenance, hosting or connectivity outages. Liability for services purchased under a written quote is governed by the Distance Sales Agreement.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when needed. The current version is always published on this page and identified by the last-updated date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; for other matters, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul. Questions may be sent to info@websiteniyapalim.com.
